Come and join us for the 110th annual Wivey Show which is on Saturday, 15th August 2026, at Wiveliscombe Recreation Ground. There will be:

• Competitive Classes: Featuring marquees with flowers, vegetables, produce, cookery, handicrafts, photography, and more, all with free entry.
• Live Entertainment: Musical performances from local bands, plus family-friendly entertainment throughout the day from 12 pm.
• Show Stalls: Approximately 100 stalls showcasing local trade, crafts, food producers and your favourite Lodge!
• Community Atmosphere: A popular annual event showcasing local talent and town spirit at “The Rec”.
• Children’s Activities: Dedicated competitions, games, and entertainment aimed at all ages.
• Welly Wanging: A fun, traditional competition alongside other games like Aunt Sally and Beat the Goalie.
• Licensed Bar: Refreshments are available throughout the day, often run by the local rugby club.
• Local Produce: A showcase of regional entries, including the popular “Vegetable That Went Wrong” class.
• Award Ceremony: Presentation of cups and shields to winners in the afternoon.
• Accessible Entry: Admission is generally secured via the purchase of a programme on entry.
