Here is a selection of the records held at UGLE in the Library at Freemason’s Hall.

An excerpt from the Lodge Minute book dated 18th November 1751 which refers to “the previous Lodge Night”. This includes the proposition that a Master’s Lodge be held every Sunday night. A ‘late’ Minute book entry as Rummer Lodge dated 19th Jan 1756, before relocating to the ‘Sugar Loaf’.
