- FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT: PAS 79-1 (Commercial) & PAS 79-2 (Residential) – Code Of Practice. RRFSO 2005 (Fire Safety Guides), BS 9999 : 2017 (Fire Safety in the Design, Management) & Use of Buildings & PAS 79: 2020. - GAS APPLIANCES: The Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 (Home, Office, Shop, Commercial & Industrial) premises etc. Design, installation and maintenance procedures required for qualified corgi/ Gas Safe Registered Engineers.
- FIRE DOORS: BS 476: PART 22 & BS 8214 Building Regulations 2010 (ADB) B1-B5 and BS 476 apply. 30 minute, 60 minute or 120 minute fire rated FD(s) doors/ hardware.
